Our programs are custom designed to meet or exceed state requirements. Our goal is successful graduates in Hair Design, Esthetics, Nail Technology & Barbering. We teach using a systematic, step-by-step, hands-on approach which emphasizes engaging and personal attention in our delivery methods – we want our students to be confident and successful.
Hair Design
As a Pivot Point member school, our Hair Design course encompasses a time-tested and internationally recognized curriculum, delivered through a systematic, step-by-step, hands-on approach that uses engaging and personal attention delivery methods.
Hair Design taken as a stand-alone program is 1168 clock hours in length. Depending upon your schedule and attendance, it takes approximately 7 months to complete.
- Hair Design can also be taken in combination with Esthetics and Nail Technology in a 1893 clock hour program.

Barbering
Full-service men’s barbershops and male-focused salons are everywhere, meeting the growing demand for a comfortable, male-oriented space where men can get a great haircut and experience a relaxing, rejuvenating shave. Our barbering program features hair cutting, hair styling, men’s shaving and grooming, basic skin care and basic hairpiece instruction.
The Barbering program is 820 clock hours, depending upon your schedule and attendance it takes approximately 5 months to complete.

Nail Technology
This course begins with learning the basics in our pre-clinic classes where we teach natural nail care, manicures and pedicures. Pre-clinic also includes instruction in artificial nails – both with tips and free-form building, including acrylics, gels and wraps. Later in the program we teach colored gels and nail art – with the options available, nail design creativity is limitless.

Nail Technology taken as a stand-alone program is 320 clock hours in length. Depending upon your schedule and attendance it takes about 3 months to complete. This course can be combined in the following combinations:
- Esthetics & Nail Technology – 774 clock hours
- Hair Design, Esthetics & Nail Technology – 1893 clock hours
Esthetics
As a Dermalogica Partner School, our esthetics course is based around an education system and a professional product line that is widely respected and used worldwide by professional skin therapists.
Esthetics taken as a stand-alone program is 500 clock hours in length. Depending upon your schedule and attendance it takes a little less than 4 months to complete. The Esthetics course can also be combined in the following combinations:
- Esthetics & Nail Technology – 774 clock hours
- Hair Design, Esthetics and Nail Technology – 1893 clock hours
